Consortium Statutes

1. Purpose

The Consortium aims to foster collaboration, knowledge exchange, and joint initiatives within its defined scientific and technical scope.

2. Membership

Membership is open to individuals and institutions aligned with the Consortium’s objectives. Members are expected to contribute actively to the Consortium’s activities.

3. Governance Structure

  • General Assembly: composed of all members.
  • Advisory Board: composed of at most one representative per participating institution.
  • Leadership Board: responsible for implementing decisions and guidelines of the General Assembly.

4. Advisory Board

The Advisory Board provides strategic input, institutional perspectives, and recommendations to the Consortium. It supports long-term planning but does not manage day-to-day operations.

Each represented institution must attend at least 50% of the General Assembly meetings per year to maintain its seat on the Advisory Board.

5. Leadership Board

The Leadership Board manages operational and organizational activities of the Consortium, in alignment with guidance from the General Assembly and informed by the Advisory Board.

It consists of 3–4 members appointed or elected by the General Assembly.

6. Meetings and Decision-Making

The General Assembly meets monthly. The Advisory Board and Leadership Board meet as needed. Decisions are made by consensus whenever possible, or otherwise by a simple majority vote.

7. Working Groups

The Consortium may create temporary or permanent working groups to address specific tasks, initiatives, or research themes.

8. Amendments

These statutes may be amended by simple majority vote of the General Assembly.
